With Blue on the bar (but vs a weak board with a blot in it) and Blue having a hb blot himself, it might be a Take, but I am far from sure. So, Double for Blue. -- White is outboarded, is behind in the pipcount, and has three blots threatened. But with Blue's hb blot stripped mid and having to use half his roll to enter, I would take as White (but without much confidence).
