Hi Rod,

what a beautiful position.

Since white has much too little backgame-timing it seems to me that blue should just try for a sound structure. The proto-backgame-play.

The biggest problem for blue is his lack of midpoint.

So b/13 17/13.

But it's too bad to loose the race-advantage:

So b/17 18/10

this must be right, it gives a 4-prime and begins some outfield control.

The plan is to get the two checkers from the 24- and 22-point into a building position for a new midpoint.
