RO still going - but question about play....

Since so few people have hazarded guesses it seems that this is about it. My play was making the 10 and tidying up. That was also what XG+ favored.

XG++ favored most plays 9* by around 0.02-0.04 over making the 10.

The rollout is still going. The top play is still one of the 9* plays. The only play that makes the 10 that is better (so far) than the other 9* plays is 17/13.

So.....

First, is hitting on the 9 reasonable? Seems like it could be because if the opponent doesn't hit on the return you become favored to make a 4 prime, removing the link to stepping out and preserving the opponent board.

Second, is the non-hitting play that makes the 10 really best with 17/13? Or is it better to tidy up?
