Sometimes on GG when your opponent disconnects during a match (seems to happen to me a lot) the preceding games will not be saved if you log out (often you can't simply exit the game either). But as a last resort, before logging out or closing the program, you can save the data in cbg format by selecting file (upper left)save etc. Then you will need BG Blitz to convert to mat.
