Anchor is priority #1, so 24-22 is necessary. Now what to do with the 3?

Either 8/5 or 13/10 present themselves here as the obvious candidates. The sequences where white rolls well all include making his own anchor, or hitting a loose blot. Since there are more anchoring rolls than hitting rolls by playing 13/10, then that makes that the preference over 8/5. If white wasnt likely to anchor, then 8/5 would probably be the best play, but since he is, then I will pull the builder down to make a prime.
