OTB I felt that this was about 70/30 game and I knew that Alfred's TP here was similar to money. I felt that I was losing over 2% G's (slight over estimated) and that would have kept me from cubing for money but not AtS. Although I was sure both decisions were close. I cubed and he scooped of course and I was hit with 2 checkers borne off later and lost.
Perhaps I should've waited for a later roll and given him a tougher decision, but then again, it could still be a trivial D/T or I could've lost my market by a mile. Anyhow, I'd not have cubed most players in the room here since almost no one can pass this and their practical TP is lower if they are weaker than me.
