the g values favor the trailer by approximately 100%/50%, and the leader's 4-cube tp is 40%.

As long as the trailer does not redouble! If he redoubles (which happens in many sequences esepcially with 32,5% wins and leader's high take poinr) the leader's (and also the trailer's) gammon value is zero! In such a gammonish position with such a big gammon rate and also big single wins for the "take side" things change a lot.
