I also vote for duping 5s with 18/11. That does leave 5s,7s,8s, and 10s - a total of 24 shots. Plus you're far from home free on the remaining 12 non-hitters.

But I don't see anything better. 18/13 17/15 leaves one fewer blot but 4 extra hitting numbers (including one more number that hits both checkers) and more shot repeaters next time if you're missed.

Maybe we're all missing something but I don't see anything better than duping 5s.
