Headphones while playing in live BG tournaments

So here's all you need.
- Someone who is willing to cheat at live bg knowing the cost of getting caught is probably life banishment. (or at least I'd hope)
- Someone who is willing to do that and also knows someone else who will help them do it via having their matches streamed live, the person inputting the match in real time, and relaying the moves. (all the while doing it quickly enough not to cause suspicion)
- These people have to be tech savvy enough. Now to some, like yourself, being this 'tech savvy' is a joke. To others, like a lot of bg players in the US, this would seem close to magic to them.
Now again, all that is doable but the big reality check comes into play that backgammon is not chess. If you take a 8 PR player and improve them to a 3 PR does it up their equity and chances? Of course...by how much? Not enough. If you cheat in chess guess what? You win, period. End of story. If you cheat in backgammon you still have a good chance of being beaten. The risk v. reward does not exist. If you improve someone PR to a 0 or near 0 I feel like those flags would be raised quickly if anyone was watching or reviewing the matches. (as they would be streamed in MC or NO)
So like I said...no real concern. The solution to me certainly isn't 'let's ban headphones'.
