Peoria, Land of the Giants

To be named a Giant of Backgammon - one of the Top 32 players in the world - is among the highest honors a player can receive. On October 3 & 4, the Illinois State tournament wants to treat the grand masters of our game with the appreciation and respect they have earned. As a small expression of our admiration, each Giant who plays in Peoria will receive preferential seating at his own reserved playing area in a section of the room reserved for the Giants, in addition to recognition at the Calcutta auction.
