USBGF Nation's Cup 2013

Does anyone know the schedule and rules for this year’s USBGF Nation’s Cup? The event started last year in early September weeks after countries were invited to select and propose their team members. In many cases the selection process was rigorous involving pre-selection tournaments. I hope the proposed schedule allows sufficient time for these processes.
