Jason, do you ever make "next" plays or do you let everyone weigh in always?

I'm playing an online match and the moderator makes some of the essentially "auto" plays for both me and for the herd.

Just wondering - I only tune in to these about every fourth or fifth move.

And my vote…. Hit 2 without thinking. Just had a whole discussion with Debra who thought making the 11 was correct, not wanting to risk getting yet another checker sent back. The problem here is that you're already behind, structure isn't great. By making the 11 you vacate the midpoint and don't really move your game forward. If your opponent anchors on the 5 you're consigned to… nothing. If your opponent doesn't anchor on the 5 then you face the same question next turn, "do I hit loose", with a few more chances of pointing on the 5.
