Here are 4 reasons why your logic is faulty

1) In backgammon do you just make the first good move or try to find the best move? Similar thing here.

2) There was no start time given and he said to start after some other thing is over. The offer will probably be there later. Even if I think I am better now maybe I will feel differently in several months.

3) There are tons of terms not mentioned. Do you agree to deals before you know what you are agreeing to?

4) Maybe I have bigger equity advantage elsewhere.
