If White passes, he is at 9a-1C ~5.5% Takes and loses 0% Takes/redoubles and wins~75% So, his take-point is 5.5 times 4, devide by 3, or slightly over 7%.

Does White have 7% here? I am sure he does, so take is clear. Can Blue lose his market? Let's say he cleared 8pt and redoubles then. Take? I am not sure, perhaps it is close. If I am not sure if it is a take or pass later, I wouldn't redouble now.
