Blue has good control over the entire board against White's stacks, and the start of a good structure in the 6-8-9, but has few free builders and a weak board. I'm not giving up the 13 point or 21 point, or even the 24 point yet since I don't know how the game will go. So 8/5 6/4 stands out; if missed Blue makes a strong board next turn; if hit, blots become runners and board coverers against White's undeveloped position, which poses little threat to make anything, and has nothing else to attack.
