I dont think running is wise here, and I dont want to surrender the bar point - the 4 numbers would be extremely painful if rolled (52,61), so that leaves only something from the midpoint. 13/7 or 13/9,13/11. Of these two options, it feels like two down makes more sense, as 11 and 31 from the roof would be unpleasant, and again a doorway to a loss.

Of those two, I am inclined to play two down, allowing the opportunity to make the 6 prime (either inside or outside), with the least amount of downside.

Obviously this is a great position to be in, and there is a fine line between playing to maximize opportunity, and minimize downside - and as ever bold should be better than meek, but I think here we have enough to play meekly, and the continuation sequences look good to me.
