WE will wait and see what type of citizen you are and answer your question in the meantime. A PRO asked to play with non PRO usually has their entry fees paid and if paid get half minus the entry. Exceptions...friends looking out, those who are willing to teach for free. You can learn a lot from them walking a novice, intermediate, social, advanced etc, through a match. Possibly the best type of teaching as it is on the job training. Whichever way you get a chance to play in this situation is great for the lesser player. A PRO with a PRO usually does occasionally find the better play depending on who you are talking about. However not sure yet how many strikes you will get but I will let you know for not understanding this.
