Not sure which play wins the most but anchoring certainly loses fewer net gammons. Cube ownership also suggests the quieter play of making the anchor since that doesn't give White as many real strong sequences as after the hit and cover play (i.e. After you play 13/9x-7,White enters and hits loose on his 5-point and you fan). OTOH, hit and cover does gain 1)When White dances or enters with 43 2) When White enters and hits loose but you hit back. I don't think these gains are enough so I'd play the four 24/20. 6/4 looks better with the deuce than 7/5 - more covers and you're not duping aces to cover or make a 2nd anchor.

24/20 6/4 (but not with much confidence).
