In Response To: "Dead" cube illegal? (Michael Petch)

On a personal note, if my opponent ever offered up a cube where they already have enough points to win at the current cube level, I would point out the error. I would not take that cube (and of course not drop it). I would reject it in the name of sportsmanlike conduct.

If a host wants to bar me from their events for not following that rule then so be it.

This type of cube action was quite common on SHG in the social tournament rooms (sometimes opponents may not know any better, or may not have been paying attention). I requested SHG enforce a dead cube rule that prevents these situations and they agreed and modified their software. I don't believe GridGammon allows it either.
