My false assumption regarding Phil.

I suggested that an SHG social tournament host asked Phil for his opinion on dead cubes. Although Phil played their events, I discovered after the fact the quote/opinion from Phil was from a Gammon Village article he penned 6+ years ago.

I'm guessing that somewhere along the line that cubing during the Crawford game (ABT events) was worded more ambiguously (or not at all) then what the rule reads today.
