In Response To: Four Checker Plays (Keene)

Keene asked, "Nice positions. How do you find them Paul? Do you deliberately find ways to get into super-awkward positions, or are you just playing so much that you are getting into them naturally and often?"

I usually play dozens of games per day. I use eXtreme Gammon, amazing backgammon software, to analyze my games. XG reveals to me that I make mistakes, blunders and whoppers every day. There is no end to the number of interesting positions that come up. I only post a small percentage.
