I talked to Ed and it was a misunderstanding, a Freudian slip....Ed tends to economize on words, and what he meant to say was...

"i am playing 4 matches at a time while reading articles on the internet and looking at the abt facebook page"

He also said he intends to run for mayor of new york when he retires from backgammon.
