Here's what gnu has to say. Apologies for the rough formatting.
gnu likes the same move, but according to it bar/18 is only a .022 error. Interestingly, gnu seems to think blue is only about 35% to win while XG puts the GWC at ~75%. Gammon rates are also widely divergent from XG.
These results are so different that I had to double check to see if I was looking at the same positions. I'm going to put this down to neither bot really understanding the position - I can't believe that there's that much difference between the plays, but I also have a hard time believing blue's GWC are as low as gnu's rollout says.
BTW, I probably would have played bar/18 otb without thinking about it very much.
