ats 18-13 is the safe play but 8 and 9 pts are stripped that we cant use any spare to make inner pts. 13-8 creates a builder to make inner board and staying at 18pt controls his outfield, if he tries to escapes gives a hit chance. Since race is equal I prefer the risky play of 13-8 even ats
