I'd just play 13/9(2) here. I dont fear white's board, and my major concern is just clearing these ridiculous points.

With a small doublet like this, its easy to find about 20 different plays that all have solid merits. However, just bringing the hard ones much closer to home without sacrificing too much in terms of flexibility. Besides, does white want to hit a blot? Not not - White would much prefer to hit once its recovered its home board.
