Explanation of nacbracs

My commentary for this position can be found here. Igor summed it up a bit more concisely than me. Against an opponent who is leaning towards an attacking game plan (rather than a racing or priming game plan), covering the blot on the 18pt makes sense. It takes away the target he wants to attack.
