If a match is streamed then it is in the public domain. It is like publishing a play by play and box score of a baseball game that was televised. It is different with matches that are filmed privately.

I do not see anything that points in another direction. I may be missing something but its like trademarking the image of a tree and saying that noone else can take a picture of it and sell it. There are things that are not the way they should be.
