Potential bug: Flash vs. WebM

How I would tell?

The context menu I get by right-clicking the WMV link does not look like the menu I get when I right-click a Flash video. I suspect, therefore, that you are right. When I (left) click the link, it launches the vid in Windows Media Player, which is my default video player. To download the WMV file, of course, I had to right click, and select "Save target as..."

My browser is IE9. What happens when things are not "fine?"

BTW: I copied the WMV link directly from your post, so the problem may exist there as well.
