Someone will likely point this out it was a ~1.4 blunder (I looked to quickly) and the PR is high in this game because of two blunders by HM. Of significance is the number of moves for HM. Dancing on the bar is considered a trivial play and is not counted in the "total" number of moves for purposes of determining PR. Almost half of HM's moves were dancing.

Large total errors divided by a small number of moves will yield a high PR for that game.
