Stack and straggler

I agree with CMC that blue has a stack and straggler type of position.

The problem is that there are 3 stragglers, but I have only seen formulas with 1 or 2 stragglers.

  • 1 straggler -> EPC = 3,5 X number of checkers remaining + straggler pip count

  • 2 stragglers -> EPC = 3,5 X number of checkers remaining + stragglers pip count - 4.

    But what is the formula for 3 stragglers? Or should we use a different method all together.
