In Response To: 2013-2014 USBGF National Internet Championship (Joe Russell)

I don't know the numbers, but there are a tremendous number of really top players from all over the world competing in this event, and many have joined the USBGF just for this competition (in addition to many other benefits, of course).

Joe and Tara donate a lot of time and effort (and skill) to make sure this is a quality event, and we owe them a vote of thanks for their contribution to the backgammon community.

There are a lot of people out there who just complain and criticize people and talk about what we can do to grow the game and improve the game, but only a few, like Joe and Tara, that actually do something about it.
