Good question, but you are asking the wrong person. I played in only five tournaments this year in the USA (perhaps I played in more, but I can only remember five). You should ask someone who plays in a lot more tournaments than I do. Try asking Neil. I believe he is in a position to give a more accurate answer to this than anyone else. Neil plays in a lot of tournaments and he is strong enough to accurately evaluate the level of play of his opponents.
