XG Importing Help

Michael is right in asking for the other information. However, in general (as far as I recall) if you want to change the location where XG should load the files for a particular site you usually did this:

- Load XG

- Go to file menu / import>

- Select the site in question you wish to load from

- In the file menu box navigate to the location where that sites files are saved

- Select any match file and click open to load it in XG

The next time you go to load a file for that site it should remember the last location where you loaded a file from. As well when you select a file from a particular site with the method XG will remember the last site and location you loaded from if you are using the option "file menu/import/last match played" or (Shift-Ctrl-I).

If you import matches through windows file explorer (outside of XG) by just double clicking on a file and have XG load it and it fails to work then it is possible that the default program used to load a file has been changed. You can overcome that by using file explorer to find a file you'd normally open with the method and right click it. On the menu select "Open with...". Find XG in the list (you may have to click the words "other programs") and select "always use the selected program to open this kind of file"

Knowing how you normally import matches (the steps you take) would help in trouble shooting as well. There are many ways to import.

If we ultimately can't help you on BGO with your Import problem then you could opt to speak to someone who specializes in it - a purchasing manager at Walmart. ;-)
