23/16 looks too good to pass up. A checker out that covers the midfield, white on the defensive with 25% chance of fanning, and loads of awkward entering numbers.

I think anchoring on 20pt is a losing prop as it gives white an entire roll to improve by buttoning up or escaping a checker, and still leaves blue stuck behind a 5-prime. Hitting inboard, pointing or even a double hit leaves blue disjointed with loads of blots to clean up if white does enter, which she is well favoured to do.
