XG file format documentation

The information provided is the XG file format. With it anyone should be able to read, parse and write XG files. For example, other bots like BgBlitz, GNUBG etc could import XG files. As well anyone who may be creating other types of software that require extracting data from XG files for purposes of data analysis should be able to do so.
