XG file format documentation

As far as I can tell the xg format stores rollout results / evaluation results/ everything basically? If this is the case people can build utilities to add functionality to XG without the need for access to XG code. For example, many people would like XG to create a database of all the errors and blunders they make and have it quiz them on these errors. This should now be possible to create rather easily be a programmer not assocated with XG.
