One of the aces should be 6/5. The rest is about counting good rolls for the opponent.

Staying on the 21: 32 and 31 pick and pass, 22 hits and builds 5-point board, 33 POH but breaks board, 11 may be played 6/4*(2) but is not so good.

Stepping up to 20: 11 and 22 POH and build 5-point board, 23 and 24 pick and pass

Staying on the 21 seems to be a little better. 15/12 leaves 4 flyshots and 15/13 leaves 3 shots, but I think XG has more awkward rolls if we keep the blot on the 21, so I'll stick with that. So in total:

15/12 6/5
