I don't think it's trivial to score 100, but I might be wrong. I think you need to get off the 24 point (even if it's not the worst play you can find) and hopefully not anchor up again. If you anchor up and manage to get in again before contact is broken, you're pretty much screwed.

It took me a few attempts, but I finally managed it even though I blundered this secondroll position pretty badly:
