I Do Not Qualify To cast a Giant ballot??

In Response To: I Do Not Qualify To cast a Giant ballot?? (Prince Barlow)

As stated on the ballot, "If necessary, eligibility to vote will be determined by the Committee of Yamin Yamin (Chairman), Jake Jacobs (Auditor), and Carol Joy Cole (Editor)."

This could mean many things and I wouldn't want to hasten a guess as to what this is referring to! If I was put on the mat which I guess is where you want me to be - I will simply say this:

Entering an Open/Championship may not be enough in the eyes of the Committee, other factors may come to bear. For instance, how deep a player goes in a tournament may have some bearing. Contributions to the backgammon community may be another factor etc.

You maybe eligible on all these points but On the whole, it is what it is - I don't question it.
