You already used the name "Backgammon Blitz" on download.com for bgblitz, so unless you are involved with that project, what they are doing is a blatant trademark copyright infringment. You better send them a formal cease and desist letter with threats to sue for damages if they dont change the name. If they use the same name as your product and their game turns out to be crap, it could cause you irreparable damages.
