Best value eval/sec for XG

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how i can make the best euro per Eval/sec Pc/server? I have been thinking about a lot of options, the cheapest I could get was 4.500.000 eval/sec for 250-300 euro.. It was i7-2600K But i would like have something that is faster, but also need to think a little about the electric bill ;) Maybe a used server would be an option? Or does anyone have another idea?
