13pt gives 1 shot, 11pt gives 2 shot, 12pt 0 shot. Does a builder at 7pt worthes for any shot? I think one more shot is ok but 2 more is expensive.

for 5-1 I play 13/7 and create a builder and give 1 shot only. for 6-2 I play 13/7, 8/6 dont give 2 shots at 11pt
