not helpful for me

I think having a default to rollout a certain number or parameter of moves every time would not only not save time, it was cause me more time and trouble to undo the default every time. The determination of how many, and which plays to roll out are so individual for each position, I don't know how it would be possible to set a reasonable default.
I can see that it might be helpful for one or two people like Christian who simply roll out just about everything, but 99% of us don't, and a default would be more trouble than help.
Obviously, the ability to set parameters if you want them, in the manner you want, or not set them would certainly be nice and not hurt anyone, but then it becomes a matter of where Xavier is going to put his time and effort and just how much complication is going to be put into the software that only a handful of people would use. I have a much, much longer list of things that many people would gladly use and love to see in the software, and even those have been rejected by Xavier for the above reasons (priority).
Now, some things might be a very simple, small fix, but even those have not been a priority, and this one does not seem to me to be a simple, small adjustment to the program at all.
In other words, it's not a bad idea, but don't hold your breath. Just highlight what you want rolled out.
By the way, if you have a default parameter, I am willing to bet that the net affect is that in order to be sure you roll out what you want, you will be rolling out a tremendous number of plays that you have no interest in, and that would waste a lot of valuable computer time and space.
