If Player A provides a baffle box but Player B declines to use it, it seems fair to me that B should look on the floor for his dice on his own time.

To that end, I hereby give permission in perpetuity for anyone to keep my clock running if I am B in the this scenario. Of course, this means I may have to stop bringing my clock.
