Live streaming started about 2-3 years ago. As little data as we have, there is some. And it's growing. Tournaments like San Antonio, Chicago, Nordiq, Tokyo and many others can accumulate close to 50 matches over weekend. That should allow to start the ratings. I think for current rating live matches for last 3-5 years may be included
