I don't know... Is it FAIR when Mochy played a 1.4 in the semi-finals vs a 4.0 by Saba... and he lost the match 11-2?

In a normal tournament he would be eliminated, and most tournaments usually end in a loss for the best player, to the luckiest one.

I, for one, do not mind that the best player won, (even though I would have preferred if the other guy in the finals had).

Life is not fair, backgammon is not fair, but you can always go to the fair instead. It was not cruel nor unusual punishment to be defeated by Mochy at this event... But what of Mr. Alfred Mamlet, who won the masters and beat Mochy in the semi finals?

Nice going, guys!
