Dual-Duel match of mochy - do you mean 12th?

Mochy, are you referring to this play (a 12th checker) or the last play (an 11th)?

If it's this play, then it's not just a 12th checker back versus an 11th. My first thought was "a 12th checker back is only going to help if Ray hits". But it's really more about not allowing Ray to get those back checkers moving now. Of course, this is said with the luxury of not being OTB....

I played it out many times, too, just now... The advantages of hitting become apparent fairly quickly - all too often that early freedom for your opponent is quite bad for you.
