Like Mochy said…. He wants those 4 white checkers on the acepoint. White doesn't want the checkers on his acepoint.

You'd voluntarily kill your checkers?

I think the correct play would be hit, 7/5. Seems like this gives you the best chance of preserving the hope of not killing all of your checkers.
