With Blue a bit light on blitz ammunition, White has a trivial take ("prime-vs-primes are more takable than most think"), so the real question must be about the double. Given that Blue has an extra point in his board (the 4pt) and White is on the roof, I would feel comfortable sending an initial cube (not sure about a recube). In short... Double/Take.
