Removing the best and worst scores in a sample, will make you move from mean towards median. That in turn will give you a lower number, since PR is not a symmetric distribution, but having a short head / long tail look.

So I'm not sure that you're necessarily doing yourself a favor by getting rid of the outliers. Unless you want to enforce your own selfconfidence: That you are a strong player who doesn't need to improve, but just are unlucky in real life results.
